Being a mother is greatest boon.
First month pregnancy starts from the third week of last period. Many women do
not understand it before missed period. But if you are planning pregnancy in
advance, then you should start taking care of it before missed period because
at the same time there are many chances of mishap.
One Month Pregnancy Symptoms

There are many symptoms that start before missed period but
we are not able to pay attention to them. But it is also not necessary that all
women may feel the whole symptom.
It is also happens that pregnancy starts but the woman does
not feel any symptoms. Here I am sharing common symptoms.

Precautions
1.
See the doctor as soon as your home pregnancy
test comes positive.

Medicine should not be used for any pregnancy symptom.
Take any medicine as per doctor’s advice.
3.
Do not do anything that makes you tired.
4.
Don’t lift heavy weight.
5.
Avoid any type of shock.
6.
In the first three months of the first pregnancy
there is a possibility of miscarriage due to shock, so use the lift and plane
surface to avoid the use of stairs.
Diet
You should take proper diet for you and that new life which
is about to grow.
1.
Take milk for breakfast, and then take some
fruit after a gap. If you have gas problems from taking milk on an
empty stomach, then you can eat something else first.
2.
Drink ten to twelve glasses of water throughout
the day. Which will keep you hydrated and also calms the stomach
heat.
3.
Do not eat too spicy and oily. Eat green
vegetables, roti or rice and salad in lunch.
4.
Do not remain empty stomach for too long. Keep
eating something in a little bit.
5.
Reduce caffeine intake. High
levels of caffeine in pregnancy can result in low birth weight babies, which
may increase the risk of health problems later in life. So limit your caffeine
to 2 small mugs throughout the day. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
6.
Drink carrots, beet juice or soup daily. Eat
pomegranate. Pomegranate has high antioxidant properties, which can help
in protecting the umbilical cord. In addition, pomegranate can
help cleanse the blood as well as the problem of urinary infections and
strengthen the body's immune system. However, please consult a
doctor once before using it.
7. Take a bowl of dal daily for meals.
- Always be happy. Think positive and meditate in God.
- In first trimester you should not eat anything which is hot in nature and without doctor consultation.
