1. Coconut Oil Magic
Coconut oil has been used for centuries as a natural hair conditioner and moisturizer. Its unique composition of fatty acids helps penetrate the hair shaft, providing deep hydration and reducing protein loss.Gently warm some extra-virgin coconut oil and apply it to your scalp and hair. Massage your scalp for a few minutes then cover your hair with a shower cap and leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes or even overnight for best results. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and let it air dry.
2. Banana and Honey Mask
Bananas are rich in potassium and vitamins that can help restore moisture to dry hair, while honey is a natural humectant that attracts and retains moisture.Mash a ripe banana and make a smooth paste by adding one tablespoon of honey in to it. Apply the paste to your hair, focusing on the ends and avoiding the scalp. Leave it for about 30 minutes and then wash it thoroughly with lukewarm water.
