1. Platelets Count
The higher the platelets in our body, the greater immunity
power. For this
Take ½ foot neem giloy(Stem and leaves) crushed,1litre water,
10 Basil leaves, 5-6 leaves of neem tree. Pour into a pan and when it boils
down to quarter (1/4), then taking it four times a day will increase platelet count
very fast. Taking 7-8 days continuously will not cause fever.
2. Vitamin C- Its maximum three tablets sucked daily.
4. Do not go to a public and crowded place, if you have to
go, then put a handkerchief on the mouth.
5. Do not let mosquitoes around. Use mosquito net.
6. Do 10-15 minute light exercise daily.
7. Avoid outside food or other things.
8. Clean your teeth daily before going to bed at night .
9. Digestion becomes weak during the rainy season, so do not
