In pregnancy, every day and every week, the baby develops
rapidly. By the end of second month, your baby is about 1 inch long, weight
about 9.45 gm. Now it is fetus. By this month, the baby’s heartbeat starts and
brain also develops. Eyes, nose, lips, ear and teeth begin to form.

those found from the beginning of pregnancy, which I have already written in
previous post of pregnancy. This is not necessary every feels every symptom.

Mood Swing
During this time everything has an effect on your mood. If
your mood is getting upset then change your mood with the help of meditation or
any other way because your mood has direct effect on your growing baby.

Back pain or body pain
Due to the constant change of hormones, different types of
problems are encountered. But for this you do not have to take any medicine. As
the time goes, many problems like pain start to subside on its own. You can use
massage or apply gel or oil for any type of body pain with the advice of
doctor.

beginning. For this, you should eat something from time to time and work as
much as possible.

Diet
Diet should be balanced in second month of pregnancy because
at this time baby develops a lot. In such a situation it often happens that you
don’t feel like eating but it is very important to pay attention to diet for
the proper growth of baby.
Diet should have proper balance of fruits, green
leafy vegetables and dairy products, so that you continue to get proper
vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
i. Folic Acid- Spinach, orange, beans, bread,
cereals, rice.
ii. Iron- Leafy green vegetable, dried fruits,
beetroot, broccoli, pomegranate.
iii. Calcium- Dairy products, green vegetables, dried
peas, beans.
iv. Protein - Beans, cheese, tofu, milk, nuts,
seeds.
Doctor starts folic acid from the first trimester of
pregnancy for the health of the pregnant woman and their baby’s overall growth.
Note: Don’t take any supplement without doctor’s advice. Firstly
you include in your diet so that you get it naturally.
Thank you for your
valuable time…………………………..
