Obesity is not a disease, but it is the cause of many

Generally, the identity of obesity is that how many inch of
body height, that much weight of body is fine. If it is more than this called
thick, otherwise thin.
If you eat too much carbohydrate and high calorie food even
after aging, then the body starts accumulating more fat, due to which there is
difficulty in moving and the blood flow slows down.
Cholesterol accumulates, causing hepatic depression and
heart disease. Obesity becomes a type of fatal disease, so
measures should be taken to remove it as soon as it starts.

Do not consume substances that are high in
carbohydrates. Do not eat things made with oil and ghee.
Do
not eat things made of potato, sweet potato and sugar. Balanced i.e. eat as much as your body need.

Wake up early in the morning, squeeze lemon in a
glass of lukewarm water and add two tablespoons of honey in it then drink. Do
this at least three months.

Go for a walk every morning after being fresh.

Also do light exercises like Kapalbhati.
5.
Take juicy fruit or butter milk in breakfast.
6.
Take one or two roti of barley flour, low spicy-
oily vegetable, raw salad and soup for lunch.
7.
Eat simple vegetables and roti for dinner.
Eat
less roti in food to reduce obesity. Eat more of salad, soup and
vegetable.
8.
Do not drink water immediately after meals.
