Asthma is a long-term inflammatory disease of the airways of
the lungs. Asthma symptoms includes episode of wheezing, cough, chest tightness
and shortness of breath. If something is done with caution, such as the things
that increase your problem, stay away from it, then asthma can be kept under
control to a great extent.
1.
Make a decoction of dried radish and add cumin
and salt to it and drink it to relieve cough and asthma.
2.
Cook ripe bananas in a low flame and add salt
and pepper to it and eat it, it provides relief in asthma.
3.
Consuming coconut jta ash and honey mixed with
two or three times a day provides relief in asthma and cough.
4.
Mixing honey in ginger juice and licking it
lukewarm provides relief in respiratory diseases.
5.
Asthma patient drink one teaspoon of basil leaf
juice mixed with a glass of hot water.
6.
Make a tablet by grinding sugar candy, peepal
and dry grapes and eating one tablet in the morning and evening, cough, respiratory
disease etc. are cured.
7.
Basil leaf juice (½ teaspoon)
Ginger
juice (½ teaspoon)
Honey
(1 teaspoon)
By
mixing all three, licking the mixture in the morning and evening will benefit.
8.
Warm the juice of falsa and mix it with ginger
juice and rock salt and drink it, it brings out phlegm and also reduces the
pain of breath.
9.
Chronic asthma patients drink cow urine mixed
with vasa powder (5 gm).
10. In asthma, rice, potato, urad dal, curd, non-vegetarian
and smoking should be avoided.
Asthma Over- The-Counter Remedies
1.
Take black or green tea and coffee can help
relief asthma and easy breathing.
2.
Take a few drops of eucalyptus oil in a cup of
boiled water. Then breathe the vapor slowly. It sooth the breathing problem
like asthma or bronchitis.
3.
Massage a mixture of warm mustard oil and salt
into your chest several times a day till asthmatic symptoms persist.
4.
Use of ginger, garlic, hot beverage also sooth
the symptoms for some extend.
